Turning the Paige Collective (TPC) is a New York City based dance and wellness community founded by Broadway performer Paige Fraser-Hoffman. As a dancer thriving with scoliosis, Paige created TPC to make professional training and healing practices accessible for every body. From one-on-one sessions to collective performances, our programs are designed to train with care, perform with confidence, and belong with community.

Spine Series Workshop 2026
$20.00

The Spine Series is a four-week virtual wellness program brought to you by Turning the Paige Collective in partnership with the Spine Health Foundation. Each Sunday in June, you'll move alongside a different expert instructor — all specializing in spinal health, adaptive movement, and somatic practice — in a live, community-centered class designed for those living with scoliosis and spinal conditions. All levels and abilities are welcome.

What to expect: Each 60-minute session focuses on pain management, body awareness, and healing through mindful movement. Classes are held live via Zoom every Sunday at 10:00 AM EST / 3:00 PM GMT.

After you register: Once your registration is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email directly from Paige with your personal Zoom link. Please check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case!) and save the link before your first class. Your link will be good for the session(s) you've registered for.

Pricing: $20 per class — and 50% of every registration goes directly to the Spine Health Foundation.
